What can I say? I just bought this cook book and I am already in love with it! The book contains twenty-six great seafood dishes, nine side dishes, and tells you what what combination they are best served in. Even if you are new to cooking fish, don't worry. This book clearly explains the best ways to chose which fish to buy and the proper way to grill or barbecue it.The first thing I made was fish fillets with a pepper dew dip that was an immediate hit with my family, the dip is fantastic and would go well with just about anything, and I know my family will be want more every time they come over from now on. Just from reading the book it is apparent that these are real home recipes that the author has been preparing for a long time. Two thumbs up!

Sure is nice to get some expanded recipe ideas on ways to cook fish! I have limited knowledge on how to prepare Seafood and this book helped me try some different recipe ideas. I will try and branch out to see if my family will eat some of these recipe's. I am all about variety and this book will help me in accomplishing this task instead of the same old stuff every week! I am very excited to try them!
This kindle book is a MUST to keep on your kindle. My Fire is always beside me, and now especially when I'm in the kitchen! Honestly, I've seen plenty of recipes, I own lots of cookbooks and read a lot of food blogs, but cooking fish has never been something I looked forward to. But now that it's summer I was looking for a way to really get creative with the fresh fish available at the farmers market, well, this book is IT!
I think my favorite recipe so far (I haven't had time to cook them all yet) has to be the salmon with herb salsa. I will be using the salsa/dressing recipe for some other dishes too. Its a unique way of having salmon instead of just using a plan old fish spice pack I picked up at the grocery store (boring! But that's pretty much the way I've been cooking and eating salmon for the last 10+years. That is no longer the case!)
Also if you're like me and love looking through cookbooks to get inspiration, then want to try a recipe but have no idea what else to cook to go with it...this solves that problem! JC also adds a side dish suggestion to the end of each fish recipe, so wonderful and helpful. This is a great ebook to add to your collection.
Easy recipies and beautiful seafood, what more could you want.I haven't tried them all but i look forward to it.

My husband is not a fish easter. In fact it has been the bane of my existence trying to get him to eat something that comes from the ocean. I have even gone so far as to hide it in salads. Unsuccessfully. This book has changed my life. I can now serve grilled fish and have my husband actually join me at the table with a glass of white wine. Thank you JC Croz. Delicious and easy to make.
Right on the first page, I knew I wasted my money. As I sifted through the rest of the "cookbook," I found bad photos of ugly looking dishes next to recipes that call for inane ingredients. One recipe even called for Fish Spice and Garlic Powder.
All the recipes seem like they may have been stolen from various blogs or online recipes with instructions that are poorly written and edited.
What can I say about fish, that you don't know all ready. But this is a good cook book for seafood. My family are fish eater and anything goes with fish. Good book.
